I’ve been thinking about getting Botox for a couple of years, and I’m so glad I finally found my girl! Cath at BLAA made me feel completely at ease with her knowledge, warmth, and the incredibly thorough way she explained everything—from pre‑care to what to expect during the appointment, and all the post‑care details. She is truly one of the easiest people to be around, and her professionalism shines through every step of the way.
I also had laser hair removal done, and when I say quick… both arms were finished in under a minute! The entire experience felt professional yet personal, with that extra touch that makes you feel comfortable—like you’ve known Cath forever.

Nicole at BLAA is amazing. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped guide me toward treatments that targeted my acne and hyperpigmentation. The Clarity laser has significantly improved my hyperpigmentation (specifically sun spots) and the Ultra laser rejuvenation has made my skin texture feel smoother and healthier.
